Completed first site in Castle Hill, 17 townhouse and villas.

2005

Completed 3 penthouses in Mosman.

2006

Completed 9 residential apartments in Mona Vale.

2009

Completed mixed developments with 25 Residential and 3 Commercial in Allambie Heights along with 15 Residential developments in Mona Vale.

2010

Completed 29 Apartments in Howard Avenue

2011

Completed 14 residential units in 3 levels with basement parking & 1 lift in Narrabeen, 18 apartments and 3 commercials in Northmead, 18 residential units in Northmead.

2012

Completed 84 residential & 2 ground floor commercial units over 2 levels of basement carparking in Northmead.

2013

Completed 26 Residential Apartments in Northmead, proposed residential development, 104 residential units in 10 levels within two blocks & two basement parking levels in Liverpool, Residential villas: 5 units (3) bed villas in Moss Vale, Construction of a 3 storey, mixed used development comprising of 27 residential units in Northmead.

2014

Completed Residential flat building comprising 20 units in 5 storeys over two levels of basement carparking in Good Street.

2015

Completed 36 Residential units in 9 Storeys over 2 levels of basement car parking & 1 lift in Liverpool, 21 residential units + 2commercial lots in 4 levels over 2 levels of basement car parking in Brookvale, 21 residential units + 2 commercial lots in 4 levels over 2 levels of basement car parking in Manly Vale.

2016

Completed construction of 9 storey residential flat building comprising 36 residential units & 2 levels of basement parking in Liverpool.

2017

Completed construction of 33 residential units & 3 retail tenancies over basement carpark development in North Manly.

2018

Completed construction of a residential flat building, comprising 20 units in five storeys, over 2 levels of basement car parking in Westmead.

2019

Completed construction of mixed use development comprising of 3 commercial lots, a gym & 89 residential units within 2 blocks, with ground floor and 1 level of basement car parking in Westmead, construction of residential flat building comprising 35 units in 4 storeys over 1 level of basement car parking in Westmead.

2020

Completed 39 residential units + 10 retails within 3 levels +2 levels of basement parking + 2 lifts in Wheeler heights.

2021

Completed construction of a residential flat building comprising of 25 residential units in part 4 / part 5 storeys over two levels of basement car parking in Mays Hill.

2021

Started working Regional Australia with a focus on large master planned estates.

2022

Acquired Wickham Hill Griffith. Acquired Vermeer.

2023

Acquired Hanwood and first part of Cedar Grove DA x 29 lots. Currently lodged 49 lot DA in Cedar Grove Launceston. Acquired Hanwood.

2024

Acquired balance of Cedar Grove. Completed first 29 lots Cedar Grove.

2025
